These Terms of Use explain the rules for using AppScout.

By using AppScout, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

If you downloaded AppScout from the App Store, these terms apply together with Apple's App Store terms and Apple's standard licensed application terms, unless Apple or the developer provides different terms that apply to AppScout.

App Store Connect Account And API Keys

AppScout requires an App Store Connect API key to fetch your app data from Apple. AppScout also requires your Vendor Number to request Sales Reports. You are responsible for:

AppScout does not create, manage, or revoke App Store Connect API keys for you.

Relationship With Apple

AppScout is an independent app. AppScout is not created by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Apple Inc.

Apple, App Store, App Store Connect, iOS, and related names are trademarks or services of Apple Inc.

Apple is not responsible for AppScout, its content, support, maintenance, warranties, product claims, or claims that AppScout violates someone else's rights. To the extent required by applicable App Store rules, Apple and Apple's subsidiaries may enforce these terms as third-party beneficiaries.

Data Accuracy

AppScout displays data received from Apple's services. That data can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, changed by Apple, or affected by Apple's reporting rules.

Revenue and refund values may be converted to USD using third-party historical exchange-rate services. These conversions are for convenience only and may not match Apple's reports, bank statements, tax records, or accounting systems.
